Let the students design their own Hallowe'en Monster!
What is included:
- 1 head shape
- 2 body shapes
- 4 options for eyes
- 4 options for eyes / nose
- 3 options for mouths
- hair plus 2 antennae
- 2 simple writing activities have been prepared which can be placed on the back of the monster (grade 1 or 2 or 3) JK and K can just make the paper bag puppets and not do the writing activities.
All the students have to do is design the head: add eyes, mouth, hair, antennae, nose and then choose a body .... color, glue and the monster is created. The fun part will be to see how many variations will be created within your class! Students can add things to the body of their monster as they see fit!
Have created these so that something from each monster will hang over the base of the paper bag.

Exploding Box for Mother's Day!

What you need:
You must photocopy on 8 1/2 x 14 (legal size) paper. I just used regular paper. Students will need coloring pencils, glue and scissors! That's it.
Includes step-by-step instructions, graphics and templates needed to create this Exploding Box.
The Exploding Box measures: 5.5 x 5.5 x .75 inches when it is closed. That's why I insist you use legal size paper (8 1/2 x 14) so that this is a good size!

Drop a Tea Bag into the decorated Tea Cup for Mom, Mum, Grandma, Sister, etc. There are 9 templates to choose from. Something for everyone!
Includes 2 components:
1 - Students begin with the Tea Cup Template.
2 Students choose from 9 different Tea Cup / Tea Bag options. They write a message to their loved on the Tea Bag and drop it into the decorated Tea Cup.
Requires: Paper, coloring pencils, scissors and glue (recommend glue stick).
As an added touch, I used a single hole punch and added a ribbon to the Tea Bag. I also used light colored cardstock as I just think it looks so much better.
Always save the file onto your desktop and then print from that file.

This is a really fun craft to use when teaching students about life on a farm, farm animals, Old MacDonald, etc.
